All shipments include complimentary insurance up to $100 CAD.If you would like your order fully insured, please contact us before your order is shipped. Additional insurance fees will be based on the value of your purchase and are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.

Cross-Border Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, including shipments to the U.S., any applicable duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations.

Please double check the item’s condition both in the product description and photos prior to purchase. We will issue store credit or exchange for returned full priced clothing and shoes within 10 days of receiving your item. The item has to be in the original condition as it was shipped. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost will be at the buyer’s cost. The value of the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping.

If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has already been paid for, please reach out to us within 24 hours following payment. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
