Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number for confirmation. For all tracking inquiries please contact the shipping company directly. Shipping times may vary (normally within 10 days).
Within Canada: Free shipping to Canada with order over $500. For order under $500, shipping fee will be charged $25 within Canada. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Please note that all Orders placed within Canada, Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax, where applicable, will be added to your order at checkout.
USA: shipping fee CA$55 will be charged at check out.
All shipments within Canada and USA are standard shipping through Canada Post or UPS, UPS Express.
International Shipping: Shipping fees will be varying and will be added at the time of check out.
All shipments are automatically insured up to $100 CAD. If you require your order to be fully insured please contact us before it is shipped. The insurance fee will vary according to the value of your purchase. Please note this fee is non-refundable in the event of a return or order cancellation.

Cross Border shipping: Duty or import fees will be at the customer’s expense at time of delivery to be paid directly to our preferred carrier. These are calculated based on the destination country’s regulations and rates.
