Afterpay & Layaway

Afterpay is available at checkout. Simply select Afterpay as your payment method to split your purchase into four interest-free payments. Your order will be shipped once the transaction is approved, and the remaining payments will be automatically charged every two weeks through Afterpay.

Layaway Plan: At Once More Luxury, we are pleased to offer a Layaway Plan to help customers secure high-value items with flexible payments. By selecting our Layaway Plan, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Layaway is available for items priced over $1,000.

Payment installments are structured based on the item price:

·       $1,000 – $4,999: Standard 3-payment plan (within 60 days)

·       $5,000 – $9,999: Up to 4 monthly installments

·       $10,000 and above: Up to 5 monthly installments

1. Payment Schedule

For the standard layaway plan:

·       A 30% non-refundable deposit of the purchase price is required at the time of purchase.

·       An additional 35% payment is due within 30 days of the initial deposit.

·       The final 35% payment is due within 60 days of the initial deposit.

For higher value items ($5,000+), the payment schedule may be extended to 4 or 5 monthly installments, as agreed at the time of purchase.

2. Item Release

The purchased item will be released to the customer only after the full balance has been paid in full.

3. Item Condition Guarantee

We guarantee that the item will remain in the same condition as when originally presented or viewed. All layaway items will be securely stored and handled with care until the balance has been paid in full.

4. Late Payments

A 1% monthly late charge may be applied to any overdue balance.

If the layaway balance is not completed by the agreed final payment date, Once More Luxury reserves the right to:

·       Cancel the layaway agreement

·       Retain the initial 30% deposit as a cancellation fee

·       Refund any additional payments made, if applicable

·       Return the item to inventory for resale

5. Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel their Layaway Plan within 30 days of the initial deposit will receive store credit for the amount paid, minus a $300 restocking fee. $600 Restocking fee for Items over $10,000

If the layaway is cancelled after 30 days, the initial deposit will be forfeited.
