Returns & Refunds

At Once More Luxury Boutique, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions and issue store credit only.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns if:

• The item is not as described
• You changed your mind
• You no longer need the item
• Other reasonable requests approved by us

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• You must request a return within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition as received
• With original tags, packaging, and all accessories (if applicable)
• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Customized or special-order items
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original components (box, dust bag, authenticity card, etc.)

Return Shipping

• For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Customers must use the provided shipping label
• We are not responsible for loss or damage once the item is shipped using the provided label
• Items returned using unauthorized shipping methods may be refused

Store Credit

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved returns will receive full store credit minus a 5% restocking fee per order
• Store credit:
• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• Can be used toward future purchases

If the returned item shows signs of wear, use, or damage, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse the return, or
• Issue partial store credit at our discretion

Authenticity Claims

If you believe an item is not authentic:

• You must notify us within 12 months of delivery
• The item will be evaluated by an approved third-party authentication service

If proven inauthentic:

• You will receive full refund toward your original payment

If authenticity is confirmed:

• The return will be processed under this Return Policy

Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse returns
• Restrict or terminate accounts
  for excessive or abusive return activity
