At Once More Luxury, all purchases are Final Sale and includes online and in store.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any items, including for reasons of change of mind, fit, or personal preference.

Please double check the item’s condition both in the product description and photos prior to purchase. Lost and Damaged items
We are not liable for damages or lost package incurred during transit. Please contact the shipping provider for issues related to lost or goods damaged in transit. All shipments are automatically insured up to $100CAD.
