Please contact us at 604-423-5050 or email to within 2 business days if you would like to exchange or return an item.

Please double check the item’s condition both in the product description and photos prior to purchase. If you wish to receive more pictures/videos of our products or have any questions about them, please click on the chat button located on the right bottom of our website or direct message @oncemoreluxury on Instagram for a prompt response.

We will issue store credit or exchange for returned full priced clothing and shoes within 10 days of receiving your item. The item has to be in the original condition as it was shipped. The cost of shipping will not be refunded. Return shipping cost will be at the buyer’s cost. The value of the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping.

If you wish to modify or cancel an order that has already been paid for, please reach out to us within 24 hours following payment. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Lost and Damaged items
We are not liable for damages incurred during transit. Please contact the shipping provider for issues related to goods damaged in transit. All shipments are automatically insured up to $100CAD. If you require your order to be fully insured please contact us before it is shipped.
