2. Products & Authenticity
All items sold on this website are pre-owned, consigned, or resale luxury goods unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However:
- Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen differences
- Condition descriptions are subjective and based on our professional assessment
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand sold on this website. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Where applicable, third-party authentication services may be used.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel orders due to pricing or listing errors
- Refuse any order
- Require additional verification before processing
4. Shipping & Insurance
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Insurance
- Insurance applies only while the item is in transit
- Insurance does not cover:
- Delays
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
For items valued above $10,000, additional insurance may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
5. Returns & Store Credit Policy
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Item is significantly not as described
- Customer no longer needs the item
- Customer changed their mind
- Other reasonable requests approved by us
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Customized or special-order items
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original components (box, dust bag, authenticity card, etc.)
Return Shipping
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns
- Customers must use the provided label
- We are not responsible for loss or damage once the item is shipped using the provided label
Store Credit
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved returns will receive full store credit minus a restocking fee $300 per item
- Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- May be used toward future purchases
If the item shows signs of wear, use, or damage, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse the return, or
- Issue partial store credit at our discretion
Authenticity Claims
If a customer claims an item is not authentic:
- The item must be evaluated by an approved third-party authentication service
- If proven inauthentic, full refund will be issued
- If authenticity is confirmed, the return will be processed under this policy
Abuse of Returns
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns
- Restrict or terminate accounts
for excessive or abusive return behavior
