1. Where are you located? What are your opening hours?
We are located at 1095 Howe St, Downtown Vancouver.
Our boutique is open 7 days a week, including most holidays, except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
2. How do I know the item I purchased is authentic?
We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, or your money will be fully refunded.
For most handbags, authentication is completed using professional third-party services such as Entrupy or Real Authentication. When available, authentication certificates are provided to the purchaser at no additional cost.
For watches and fine jewellery, we provide the original certificate when available or a professional appraisal for gold and diamond jewellery.
3. May I return my order if I change my mind?
Order cancellation (before shipment)
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us via email at order@oncemoreluxury.com or through our online chat.
A refund will be issued minus the payment processing fee (3–5%), which is not refunded to us by the payment provider.
Returns after receiving your order
Most items may be returned for store credit minus 5% restocking fee unless marked as Final Sale.
Returned items must be:
· In original condition
· Include all accessories and packaging
Once we receive and inspect the item, full store credit minus 5% restocking fee will be issued within 3 business days.
Non-returnable items:
· Watches
· Fine jewellery

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 3–10 business days.
Most packages are fully insured and shipped with signature confirmation to protect against loss or damage.

5. What is the consignment process?
The consignment process includes three steps:

During your appointment, our buying team will inspect your items and provide a quote.
Step 3:
If you accept the quote, we will prepare a Consignment Agreement outlining the terms and payment schedule.
Payment will be issued according to the timeline specified in the agreement.
6. Do you offer in-house pickup?
Yes. We offer in-house pickup within Greater Vancouver for consignments of 10 items or more.
7. How do you price your items?
Our experienced buyers determine pricing based on several factors, including:
· Current resale market value
· Brand popularity
· Item condition
· Seasonality
· Color and size demand
· Inventory levels
· Recent sales performance
Our goal is to offer fair and competitive pricing aligned with the luxury resale market.
8. What selling options do you offer?
We offer three selling options:
· Buyout – Receive immediate payment for your item
· Consignment – Earn a higher return when your item sells
· Trade-in – Apply the value of your item toward another purchase

9. Do you accept returns from international buyers?
At this time, international orders are final sale due to customs duties, taxes, and international shipping costs.
If you require more information before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
10. How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping typically ranges between CAD $60 and $150, depending on the destination and package size.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated during checkout.
11. Do you buy designer bags?
Yes. We purchase authentic designer handbags from brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior, and many others.
You may choose one of the following options:
· Buyout – Immediate payment
· Consignment – Higher potential return after sale

12. Do you authenticate luxury items?
Yes. Every item sold by Once More Luxury is carefully authenticated.
Most handbags are verified using professional authentication services such as Entrupy and Real Authentication.
Our experienced team also performs in-house inspections based on extensive knowledge of luxury brands.
13. Where can I sell my luxury bag in Vancouver?
You can sell your luxury handbag directly to Once More Luxury in Downtown Vancouver.
We offer:

14. Do you offer authentication services?
Yes. Authentication services are available for selected luxury brands.
Handbags we authentic: Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Dior, Gucci, Celine, Fendi, Prada, Saint Laurent, Miu Miu, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga.
Fee: Hermes bags $250 each and others are $75 each.
