If you believe your item is not authentic, you have up to 12 months from the date you receive the item to submit a claim. This extended window gives you ample time
to verify your purchase with your authenticator of choice (from our approved list below).

To qualify for a refund:

1. Notify us immediately upon discovering the concern。
2. Provide a written report or digital certificate from one of our approved third-party authentication companies clearly stating that the item is "Not Authentic" or "Counterfeit".
3. Return the item in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging, documentation, and inclusions.

Once we receive the item and verify the report, we will issue a full refund via your
original method of payment.
