Insurance

All shipments include complimentary insurance up to $100 CAD.If you would like your order fully insured, please contact us before your order is shipped. Additional insurance fees will be based on the value of your purchase and are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation.

Once your order has been dispatched, Once More Luxury is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any issues regarding delivery.

Cross-Border Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, including shipments to the U.S., any applicable duties or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations.
